9.3 Network Storage

Network Storage is to keep data records and projects in a centralized file server or storage framework.

PC-based document storage is innately inflexible and inefficient. Some of your computers may have colossal amounts of storage to save, yet no chance offer it, while others continually come up short on storage and require rehashed internal storage upgrades or the expansion of associated external hard drives. When you incorporate and share storage, you get a solitary storage pool that you can cut, dice, and assign to clients and applications productively and effortlessly without adding internal or external hard drives to computers with restricted unused storage. Upgrades are less regular and the capacity you have is utilized significantly more proficiently.

There are two approaches to store data on a network:

a)   Device connected to a server. (through USB)
b)  Device connected to Network directly. (via Ethernet, performing as a server)
